LAMIA'S PHILOSOPHY
Fresh
We use the freshest organic ingredients and seek out the finest suppliers of meat and vegetables the Bay Area has to offer. Everything is made from scratch and menus are tailored to each client’s needs.
creative & innovative
Menus are inspired by Lamia’s extensive culinary training in France and the U.S. as well as classic French and Algerian cuisine, influences from the Lorraine region of France, Luxembourg, Morocco and countries along the Mediterranean. All items are prepared by Chef Lamia, with the help of her trained team of professionals.
green & local
We support local suppliers and pay attention to what is currently in season when creating our menus. Mindful of the environment, we are determined to minimize waste by using ceramic dishware, composting, recycling and avoiding plastics whenever possible.
customer service
We are dedicated to you and adhere to the highest standards of customer service. Our team is friendly, attentive and caring.
